I would like to obtain a printed copy of the Math Gloosary but I have ony been able to print a listing of the index. It'seems that I must open every term one by one in order to print BOTH the term & definition. I am sure that there is a simpler way t do this - probably entailing a subscription cost or a fee - either or both of which will be fine. Please advise me how I may obtain a hard copy of the entire glossary.

I am sorry if my word usage has misled you. Mine is a Glossary "in context", which others would rather call "Index." I am aware of that. Thus there is an alphabetical list of terms defined elsewhere. The advantage is that in addition to a definition one is immediately introduced to the term usage. As I said, I realize this is an unorthodox approach.
As far as the business is concerned, we only offer the whole site on CD. There are currently no other arrangements.
